Your responsibilities

• Understand business needs, propose and advocate solutions related to the SD and TM modules, and support business areas in building requirements.
• Create functional and technical specifications.
• Execute and monitor requests related to the SD and TM modules, including long-term projects, enhancements, support, and dedicated customer assignments.
• Test system updates and improvements.
• Support the ABAP development team in understanding functionalities and provide support for the SAP SDTM module, collaborating with key users to deliver the best solutions.
• Provide technical support and assistance to other consultants in problem-solving.
• Identify the best alternatives to be applied by the IT department in its work processes, conducting analyses and studies that contribute to the creation, modification, or enhancement of internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper and effective operation of the SAP system and its interfaces.
• Support the definition of standards and procedures for performing routine activities in the area.
• Drive the company’s technological updates by conducting feasibility studies of new systems and/or equipment.
• Understand the impact of different solutions and evaluate the balance between business needs, customer demands, and implications for the company.
• Develop work plans for routine execution.
• Perform configurations in the SD module, such as creation and assignment of Sales Areas, creation of new Sales and Returns flows, tax groups, and other settings.
• Perform configurations related to freight cost hierarchy, creation of new freight order types, freight document types, cockpit TM selection adjustments, and development configurations for Miro and FRS provisioning.
• Document parameterizations, technical and functional specifications, and testing results.
• Conduct training sessions for business users.
